UnderwaterSexCam Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
By joining the UnderwaterSexCam Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission
Affiliates receive a 50% commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links, including recurring rebills of referred customers, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Tracking
Sales and rebills must be successfully tracked by our affiliate tracking system in order to qualify for commission. Affiliates are responsible for using the affiliate links and tracking methods provided in their affiliate account.
3. Payouts
Approved commissions are paid weekly by bank transfer. There is no minimum payout amount. Affiliates are responsible for providing complete and correct payment information.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks
Commissions related to refunded, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back transactions may be cancelled, deducted from unpaid commissions, or offset against future commissions.
5. Permitted Promotion
Affiliates may promote UnderwaterSexCam through websites, social media, advertising networks, email marketing and other lawful promotional methods, provided that such promotion complies with all applicable laws, platform rules and these Terms & Conditions.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, fraudulent traffic, bots, automated traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, unauthorized incentives, stolen payment information or any other deceptive or unlawful method to generate traffic, registrations or sales.
Affiliates may not impersonate UnderwaterSexCam or falsely claim to be the owner or official operator of UnderwaterSexCam.
7. Paid Search and Brand Advertising
Affiliates may not bid on the UnderwaterSexCam name, domain name, trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising without prior written permission.
8. Self-Referrals
Affiliate links may not be used primarily to obtain commissions on an affiliate's own purchases. Artificial or fraudulent self-referrals may be rejected.
9. Adult Content and Age Requirements
Participation in the affiliate program is limited to persons who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view and promote adult content in their jurisdiction. Affiliates must not promote UnderwaterSexCam to minors or on websites, services or platforms where adult content is prohibited.
10. Affiliate Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for their promotional activities and for compliance with applicable advertising, privacy, data protection, tax and other legal requirements in their jurisdiction.
11. Account Approval and Termination
Affiliate applications are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject applications or suspend or terminate affiliate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms & Conditions or activity that may harm UnderwaterSexCam or its reputation.
Legitimately earned commissions up to the date of termination will remain payable, except for commissions associated with fraud, prohibited activity, refunds or chargebacks.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary. Continued participation in the affiliate program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
